You're in Minnesota When...

it's a Sunday afternoon, it's 5 degrees above zero, and you see young kids in the neighborhood playing basketball without gloves.

The whole family was sick this weekend. Ella got sick first, then Morgan, and finally Holly and I caught the bug. It didn't help that Holly and I got almost no sleep on Friday or Saturday because of the kids. On Friday night, I was up with Ella around 2:00 a.m. and gave her some more medicine and some water. We were in the kitchen and Ella looked up at me with her arms outstreached and wimpered, "Hold me, I'm sick." The sad thing is that I said the same thing to Holly on Sunday and she was too busy with the kids to notice. :)
