Happy Tummy

Holly and I both visited Morgan today and she is doing really well. She is getting about 10 ml (.3 ounces) per hour and she is digesting much of it. She is even having regular bowel movements. I never thought I would be so happy about my child pooping, but there is a first time for everything.

The surgeons are very happy with her progress. She should be getting about .6 ounces per hour, so she is half way there. Once she starts getting full feedings, she can finally get rid of her IV.

Morgan slept the entire time I saw her tonight, but she was awake before Holly had to leave this morning. Here are some more pictures with her eyes open.
