Girls are Loud

This may be politically incorrect, but girls are louder than boys. Just visit any neighborhood in the summer and you'll hear a number of high-pitched screams coming from all the girls playing in the back yards. Why am I telling you this? Because Ella has found her loud voice...or "outside" voice.

Of course, this happened about the same day that Morgan came home. Whether this is a coincidence or not, we'll never know. But, between Ella's new outside voice and Morgan's hungry voice (scream), our house is no longer a quiet sanctuary.

Ella is still enjoying her sister and likes to say "Hi" to her, and she calls her "baby Mor-mor." This is consistent with her calling our dog Ruby "Ru-Ru." And, in more Ella news, we moved Ella into her new room (my old office) to make room for her new sister when Morgan is ready to move out of Mom and Dad's room. She slept through the first night with no problems.

Political News: Every so often, I thought I'd share some political news with all of you. For all my friends and family that voted for Bush and still think he's doing a "heck of a job," you may want to skip this section. I get most of my news from The Daily Show and Politically Incorrect. Both of these programs provide more balanced news than any of the regular news channels. Anyway, I found out last week that based on a CBS poll, Dick Cheney's approval rating is at 18%. Both O.J. Simpson and Michael Jackson have higher approval ratings. So, that means a murderer and child molester respectively have a better approval rating than our Vice President. So much for the Bush administration bringing back morality to the White House.
